Ski trail map of Big Sky, Montana

Join Alpine Adventures as we head to Big Sky for a week of unrivaled skiing and snowboarding. Located in
southwestern Montana, the resort exemplifies the Western mystique: rugged and wild, yet unquestionably civilized.

Big Sky is renowned for its powder, steeps, long groomed runs, and big vertical. With 40 lifts climbing a combined 4,350 foot vertical, over 5,850 skiable acres, and 85 miles of named runs, the resort has set the standard for uncrowded slopes and non-existent lift lines. Whether you’re a novice, a “No Fear” expert, or somewhere in between, you’ll find an abundance of terrain that is just right for you.

ACTIVITIES In addition to great skiing, Montana offers some exciting diversions. You can't miss an exciting snowmobile tour to Yellowstone National Park’s fascinating interior.

Wildlife viewing, dog sledding, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing are all part of this adventure. Of course there is always the opportunity to improve your skill with instruction from their ski school.

APRES SKI When the sun goes down, the nightlife kicks up its heels with live bands, ski movies, local slideshows and a multitude of places to eat, drink and be merry. Or slow down the pace with a memorable snow cat or sleigh ride combined with fine dining, a moonlight walk in the snow, or a game of dominoes with friends.

LODGING Big Sky’s premier Mountain Village hotel, the slope side Summit Hotel has everything you want in a winter hotel. Fine dining on site, wine lounge, concierge, hot tub and pool, fitness center, in room ski rental service, free Wi-Fi, and on site spa to pamper you.
